Zoom Video Communications has expanded its relationship with technology distributors by widening its global channel partner program, the launch of a new referral partner program and new partnerships with AVANT Communications, Intelisys, Pax8 and Telarus.
In a press release, Zoom said these new partnerships with those firms, called Master Agents, expand the company’s global channel partner program. The new referral partner program marks the first time channel partners can take Zoom Phone to market.

In a statement, head of global BD and channel for Zoom Laura Padilla said the company’s channel partners are critical to Zoom’s success.
“We’re proud to expand our program to work with industry-leading Master Agents and the Sub-Agents within their portfolios,” Padilla said. “By bringing our full video-first unified communications platform to market, these Partners will open the doors to bringing happiness to customers around the world.”
The company’s press release highlighted four benefits of the program:

- Ongoing commission on Zoom’s products for the life of the customer
- Streamlined sales engagement
- No-cost tools and resources
The press release included statements from all four partners who hailed Zoom has as a technology disruptor for video communications and highlighted the enterprise-grade technology, integration abilities and ease of use.
“We are excited to see Zoom, a technology disruptor for video communications and now UCaaS services, embrace the agent channel,” said AVANT CEO Ian Kieninger. “We are honored to be selected as a launch partner for Zoom’s new channel program.”
“As the demand for unified communications grows, our Sales Partners now have access to Zoom’s affordable, highly scalable, enterprise-grade, video-first solutions,” said Intelisys President Mark Morgan. “We look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership and numerous growth opportunities ahead.”
