Millennials love technology in the workplace. For many it is an absolute necessity that their company have certain types of technologies. As older generations begin to retire and millennials step in to fill their shoes, it’s important that companies are already equipped to attract and retain this millennial talent. For better or worse, that means catering to their needs and desires in the workplace. They’ve already shown they are willing to take pay cuts and cut ties with companies if they aren’t happy with that they are getting in return.
