Userful Corp. has been named the leader in global sales of software-defined AV-over-IP (AVoIP) by Maia Research. Userful is a California-based provider of software-defined networking solutions for the enterprise AVoIP market.
The 2021 Maia Research report recognized Userful as a pioneer in the AVoIP market. Particularly notable is its offer of software-based solutions that are deployable across non-proprietary hardware.
According to the research, the enterprise AVoIP market is one of the fastest-growing segments in the IT industry. The market is forecast to grow from today’s $3 billion to $51 billion by 2027. That represents a 60% compound annual growth rate.
As a SaaS solution provider within the enterprise AVoIP market, Userful states that it is disrupting the industry. The company also believe it is changing the traditional CapEx model.
The Maia Research report also asserts that “UserfuI is a pure software AV-over-IP solution, which can promote centralized management of the visual network, improve scalability and security, and reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO).”
John Marshall, CEO of Userful, says that the recognition further cements Userful’s leadership within the enterprise AVoIP market. He continues, “Our software-defined networking solution paves the way for growth through the transition from legacy, proprietary, hardware-based solutions to software-defined, standards-based platforms.”
