In an effort to learn more about organizations’ collaboration and meeting room needs, My TechDecisions is asking our audience of IT professionals to take this short survey.
Unified communications and collaboration have emerged as key technologies that have helped organizations everywhere overcome a pandemic and stay connected. Platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Webex and others have been continuously adding new features, and hardware such as cameras, microphones and speakers are becoming more advanced.
With loads of new collaboration technology on the market, we want to know your thoughts and plans as we begin a new year and continue the distributed work experiment.
We want to know things such as:
- Is your organization standardizing around one videoconferencing platform, or are your users using multiple apps?
- What is your organization’s hybrid work policy?
- What issues are your end users having with meeting technologies?
- What is most important to your organization during a meeting?
- How has collaboration impacted your helpdesk?
- Has your meeting room technology changed since 2020?
The results of the survey will be compiled into our first Collaboration Deep Dive, set to be published in June.
