One software that didn’t make your list is redbooth – redbooth.com. It has a lot more features than a few on this list including chat, video meetings (Zoom included in your fees), file storage and integrates with all major cloud based file sharing tools and chat tools like Slack and crm’s like Salesforce

Perfect list! I tried Asana, Trello, and Basecamp and unfortunately, they didn’t meet my expectations, because there always was a lack of features and necessity to use two tools to manage tasks efficiently. It forced us to make our own software, which now is available to use for other teams: it’s HeySpace that combines Slack and Trello features.
